Shipping policy
Processing time: Orders should be shipped within 1-3 days of submission. (Unless there are issues with the order that delay payment and/or require email exchange between 2 Stroke Revival and the customer.)
Shipping methods: Items will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery times (as published by USPS) are 2-5 business days. Please refer to Section 5 of the Terms of Service for additional details.
Shipping costs: Product costs are sufficient to cover shipping costs - no additional charge.
International shipping: International shipping is not currently available in our store.
Tracking information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey and estimated delivery date.
To track your order:
- Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or
- Visit https://www.usps.com and enter your tracking number
- Check your account on our website for real-time shipping updates
Please note that tracking information may take 24-48 hours to become active after your shipment confirmation. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, or if you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us at someone@2strokerevival.com.
