What items are eligible for return?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed with tags (for clothing items) or unused (for non-clothing items). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
How do I submit a return?
To submit a return, please contact us at someone@2strokerevival.com. Please include your first and last name, date of purchase, item(s) to be returned and why you would like to return them. If the item is defective or damaged, please include pictures of the defects/damage if possible. If pictures are not possible, please include a detailed description of the defect(s)/damage.
If your return is verified as due to a defective or damaged product or if what you received is not what you ordered, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If your return is something that was received as ordered and is not defective then you will be responsible for return shipping and we will process your refund upon receipt, inspection and approval.
NOTE: Items returned without submitting a request and receiving approval will not be accepted.

When will I get my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at someone@2strokerevival.com.
